Here at Goldleaf Designs LLC we strive for perfection. This once duplex Victorian-style house was completely transformed back to its original style of a single-family home. We carefully maintained many of its unique features to truly capture its value and charm.
This home had a traditional layout of sectioned rooms not allowing for much functionality. With the help of our experienced team, we developed an open-concept plan so the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook can flow nicely together. We captured the marriage of old and new by refinishing the original floors, handrails and fireplace. The tiles and fixtures were carefully selected in order to maintain that Modern and Victorian concept yet minimal changes were made to the exterior in an attempt to preserve its classic character. We added hints of modern color to the outside of the home to tie it all together.
