This beautiful 5000+ square foot home in Philadelphia’s art museum district was built with natural light in mind. We installed a light well with glass railings and a custom pyramid skylight to obtain a more bright and airy feeling. Motorized shades were carefully chosen for those days you may want more privacy. The kitchen has a very modern feel with black granite countertops and unique light fixtures to add a pop of color. This rare build has a spa-like steam room and an oversized rooftop top deck that will meet every homeowner’s needs.
