Folks passing by tell us how much they love our house. While the home was new construction, the design fit in seamlessly with the neighborhood. The interior is well planned with a wonderful open flow on the first floor. The kitchen could be in a design magazine both beautiful and functional for a family that loves to cook. The walk-in pantry is simply awesome and my toddler loves to shut guests in there! We love the incorporation of outdoor spaces throughout the design. Every aspect of our home is maximally functional and beautiful at the same time. In short, while we didn’t see the home until it was finished, it felt like it was custom built for us.
Having purchased new construction homes in the past, we’ve has some not so pleasant experiences. Working with Gold Leaf Designs was entirely different. Any minor issues that came up once we settled on the home, were quickly addressed by John without hesitation. John is a top notch builder who cares about his work, even after the sale. The fact that he calls a year later to check in on us says a lot about his character”.

Because our jobs require frequent relocation, we have bought numerous homes over the years, many of them new construction. The house John designed is by far the most imaginative, creative layout we’ve ever owned. In particular, the layout of the kitchen, dining, living area is terrific. We easily entertained 30 family members over Thanksgiving! Furthermore, the layout of our Master Bedroom, as well as the third floor suite, are terrific!
The quality of construction was top notch. As with all new construction, we had a punch list of items that needed to be addressed after we moved in. John and his team responded quickly to every request.

John and his team, led by Jobes, recently remodeled our outdated kitchen, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. John and Jobes managed every detail of the project, coordinating all contractors and workers with precision. Every member of the crew was friendly and respectful, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the process.
One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness—John’s team maintained extreme neatness, always tidying up at the end of each day. This attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable with them working in our home, even when we weren’t there. Toward the end of the project, we came home from vacation and were completely wowed by our new kitchen.
